Hey, I'm James from Newcastle, UK! I am a graduate and Café Manager currently, who is looking to come to NZ on a Working Holiday Visa in the new year.

I am an outgoing and friendly lad who enjoys fitness, in particular running, as well as the outdoors, travelling, meeting new people and spending time with friends! Until March 2024 I lived for a year on the East Coast of Australia and now I am excited to explore what New Zealand has to offer!

As a flatmate, I am a well-organised, mature and tidy individual. Ideally, I'd love to join a flat which keeps to these characteristics and is also keen to adventure together (or just grab a coffee now and then)! Whilst being outgoing and liking to keep busy, I do enjoy the odd bit of relaxing private time, and thus fully respect those wanting the same.

I do have past renting experience and am more than happy to provide tenant/ character references :)
