I’m a hard-working, independent person who keeps long hours and values a calm, respectful home environment. I’m very quiet by nature and understand what makes flatting work well. Previous flatmates have joked that the only way they know I’m home is by checking whether my car is in the garage.

I’m a non-smoker, don’t drink or party, and prefer a peaceful living space. I’m friendly, considerate, and fair, and I respect other people’s routines, privacy, and opinions.

I’m currently separated and downsizing, so I’m looking for a room or ideally a self-contained space such as a granny flat or sleepout. I’m easy to live with, reliable, and treat any home I live in with care.
