I'm looking for a room in Auckland from late February to early May (about 9 weeks) as I’ll be in the city for a research visiting period at the University of Auckland. What I'm looking for: * Furnished room * Near University of Auckland or with good public transport connections to the University of Auckland * Quiet, clean and friendly flat * No smoker * Budget: $250–$300 NZD per week (preferably including utilities) A bit about me: I'm a 29-year-old Italian PhD student, visiting the University of Auckland for research. I'm tidy, respectful, and easy-going. I enjoy a calm home environment and I always keep shared spaces clean. I’ll be quite busy with my research, so I’m often out during the day or working quietly at home. I’m social and friendly but also mindful of other people’s routines.
