I am a late-30s professional taking a mid-career break to complete my Master’s at VUW. I’ve lived with housemates before and happy to go with house rules that ensure we enjoy our common space. I like being sociable and having conversations about life, but also happy to respect space as an introvert. Cooking mostly simple grilling/panfry, roasting, and salads. Just looking for chill vibes and to make friends while I’m completing studies overseas. Happy to live with pets (have two cats of my own back home). I'm fully funded so rent will be timely.
About me
A room with wardrobe, desk, and bed would be ideal (or if unfurnished, sufficient space for this). A kitchen with enough counter space for cooking, a sunny room, and where it's easy to get to Victoria University of Wellington's Kelburn campus. I like good conversations and shared meals, but also fine keeping interactions light. Nice to have though not necessary: plants, balcony, or yard; storage spacePreferred location
