I forgot my Member Name or password, how can I get it back?

Getting your Member Name or password back is easy: Just click here and follow the simple instructions. You will be asked to submit your email address so that we can email your Member Name and a newly generated password to you.

I have not had many replies to my listing, what can I do?

If you're a free member we recommend upgrading to GOLD Membership to increase the number of people who can inquire about your listing. Listings placed by GOLD Members on average get 10x more responses than listings placed by free members.

Already a GOLD Member? Be sure to include photos of your flat and your flatmates (assuming this won't scare people away!). Listings with photos typically get more inquiries than listings without photos. You should also take some time to write a thoughtful and descriptive message in the "Advertiser's Comments" box - describe your flatmates, your flat, its surroundings, etc. and try to make your listing sound as attractive as possible.

Can I edit my listing?

Yes! Go to My Account, click on the listing that you want to edit, then click "Edit listing details". Or, to just add photos to your listing, click "Add photos".
