We are close to everything in central Sandringham. 7 minutes walk to St Lukes shopping centre. 3 minutes walk to bus stop. 3 minutes walk to Sandringham Village with lovely restaurants (especially Indian food). It is about 8 minutes drive to Auckland city off peak.
