We have a fully SELF CONTAINED downstairs space (newly refurbished and fully furnished), bedroom/living area and separate bathroom (with washing machine). The tenant would have there own access to the studio (Completely separate from our living space, upstairs). Were myself and wife, Christine live. It is a reasonably quiet area (Maungaraki) across the road from shops (Dairy, various food outlets etc.) and bus stops, safe parking is also available on our property. Furnishings include: Double bed Lounge suite Fridge (small) TV Microwave Small portable oven Wardrobe and the normal kitchen appliances/cutlery/crockery etc)
