The owner contributes to water & electricity due to pool so expect about $10 -15 per week We have a huge back yard that is peaceful w a hammock. the room is medium sized with closet & is in back corner of the house so you have a lovely view ofthe large back yard it has queen bed & a desk quiet room looking for a new flatmate we generally keep the next room to you empty & it keeps the noise down
