The house is bright, with lots of space. Rent is $200 a week + power and broadband, split between 4. Bus stop is 30 seconds down the road and takes about 12 minutes to get to campus. We're not a party flat but we're all pretty active and like to have the occasional games or drink nights. Move in date would be as soon as possible and the lease is until 02/01/2025.

Fully furnished double bedroom, on the top floor of the house. Two guys (Stay in the bottom floor bedrooms and share the bathroom), and one girl (upstairs, with another bathroom). Queen bed, a cupboard, drawers and a desk are provided.

Preferably another female but open to a male if you fit with the group dynamic. Looking for someone that can get along great with the group and is open to being friends, so if you're into fitness, a student, like to do flat activities - here and there - this could be the right fit for you! Must be someone that can clean up after themselves and is happy to do shared house chores (split between all flatmates).
