About the flat
The rest of the house is furnished. We live in a great area where our neighbours are quiet. It’s a 5 minute walk to Chartwell Mall and a 15 minute walk to Queenwood Avenue where there is a lovely cafe, dairy and other small shops. We also have a big backyard with a mandarin and lemon tree!
The bathroom is potentially getting renovated.
We are unfortunately at our pet capacity and cannot have anymore.

Preferred flatmate
Our ideal flatmate is someone who’s a similar age, preferably working full time and is clean and considerate. No smokers, couples or children. We are a pretty quiet household so we would prefer someone who fits into that

Indoor rabbit who is extremely chill and friendly! He has multiple napping spots and loves pats/snacks.
Luna is a chihuahua x who always gets complimented by how friendly and calm she is. She loves attention and lives to be a lap dog! She will leave you alone if you ignore her though. Her favourite activity is people watching.
