Large multi-generational home. We have hosted many international students and families in the past so we are very experienced and enjoy the company. We prefer a "homestay" situation rather than just having a "flatmate" you will be welcomed as part of the family. Located directly across from Burnside park. Close to the airport, public transport, Merrin and Burnside schools and Canterbury University. We are a couple who both work in aviation and love to watch movies at night in the home theatre. Also a home gym available for use as well as a spacies machine in the games room for anyone that remembers what they are!. Secure parking is available for small motorcyles or bikes and onstreet parking for other motor vehicles.
