Our house is in Wattle Downs, one of the nicest suburbs in Manukau (South Auckland).

$195pw (expenses included) for 1 person sharing a bathroom with only 1 other flatmate
$135pw (expenses included) EACH for a couple with own bathroom

Expenses include power, water, wireless internet and furniture for your bedroom.
All bedrooms are fully furnished (DOUBLE/QUEEN bed, desk, bedside table, wardrobe, and even duvet, linen, towels, heater, etc…are provided).
3-week Notice to be given before leaving.
$400 Bond and rent must be paid 1 week in advance.
Minimum stay: 3 months

We are a 31yo couple, both working full-time. Our flatmates are all professionals in their late 20’s/early 30's. All non-smokers. It's quite an international house. Within the last 3 years, we had flatmates from Estonia, Mexico, Canada, France, South Africa, Denmark, Ireland, Czech Republic, Germany, Austria, UK and of course some Kiwis too. We are more into sport and outdoor activities but always happy to share a glass of wine, a dinner or a bbq all together.

1 minute walk to the shore (great walk along Manukau Harbour with nice view and picnic areas, perfect to relax after a day at work).
2 minutes to reach the Motorway
5 minutes drive to Manukau Shopping Centre & Cinema
5 minutes drive to the FREE New Indoor Swimming-Pool
15 minutes walk to Train Station
15 minutes drive to the Airport
25 minutes drive to Auckland City Centre outside the rush hours

Bus stop almost in front of the house. There is a bus every 30 minutes from 6am to 7pm which goes to Manukau Shopping Centre and Manurewa Train Station. Trains run every 10-15 minutes at the rush hours.

We all love this house and it must be kept clean and tidy. We also have a nice garden with a bbq and a ping-pong table ;) We usually cook separately but randomly share a dinner all together. New ventilation installed so the house is warm and dry during the winter. The house is normally pretty quiet from 10pm. House is at the end of a not exit street so very quiet during the day too.

Our son has just turned 2. We have 2 lounges (both away from bedrooms) and our own bedroom is the only one upstairs with our own bathroom, so don't worry about noise or mess. All our flatmates are welcome to use the kitchen and the other lounge as much as they want + the outdoor.

We also have a nice cat but she's not allowed inside the house so no problem is you are allergic. She's very playful and love to be around people.
