Rent is for single, couples very welcome at slightly more:) Beautiful house in Parnell. Very central with a walkway to Parnell train station and bus stops a 5 min walk away. Two living rooms (huge) with dining, fire place and lots of out door areas . Large kitchen with heaps of storage. Most mod cons air fryer, soda stream, coffee machine, dishwasher erc. Easy care huge garden, includes fruit trees and some veges and herbs!
