I am a very clean, responsible and reliable person with years of experience in shared apartments in different places around the world. I love to communicate and interact but I also like to enjoy a calm night in and respect everyone's privacy.

I am looking for a room in a house with 1 -3 other girls. Also open to joining a group of other searching flatties and looking for a house/ apartment together. I'm pretty easy-going and adaptable, but some things I'm looking out for are: no more than 4 people in the house - smaller is more preferable; house is located close to city centre; preferably non-smoking; no roomshare; would love an included washer/dryer; queer friendly; semi-social house; if there are any furnished houses that would be good too :)

I will be travelling for work purpose to NZ, I need to set in for 1 month, till Feb end or March 1st week. It's okay for me to share the room with someone else, I don't have any specific requirements.

I’m looking for a place where I can live and feel accompanied while still having my own space and privacy, with the possibility to socialize but also have time alone, as I will mainly need to study in the afternoons, evenings, and weekends. I don’t mind sharing a bathroom, but ideally, the house should have more than one.

I'm a new master’s student at the Victoria unicersity of Wellington. I’m also a designer and photographer, and I’m a pretty neat person. I love meeting new people, I’m friendly and easy - going, and I have no bad habits. I just want a quiet and peaceful environment to get through my university studies.
