My name is Oliver Johnson and I am currently completing a New Start course at the University of Auckland before resuming my Bachelor of Music Production at the SAE Institute in Parnell.
I moved to Auckland at the end of 2020 for my university study, after living in Perth while commencing my studies. I have always attained employment whilst completing my studies which has allowed me to accumulate savings which will assist in supporting me with rental payments. I’m currently looking for employment in Auckland and additionally have the financial support of my parents who are happy to sign a guarantor agreement. I believe that I am an organised and reliable person, as demonstrated by my work and university commitments. I consider myself to be very neat and thoughtful of my surroundings. Being clean and respectful are important qualities to me and I would ensure the property would be incredibly well maintained. I am a non- smoker and am extremely clean, well- organised and respectful. I love the area and this residence would be perfect for what I’m after, I hope I can make it my home!
