• Very organized, clean, and respectful person
• Will always pay rent on time
• Do not smoke
• Do not have pets (but love animals, so if you have a pet it's a lovely bonus!)
• Have a busy schedule and at times will be gone all day
• Social but not a partier
• Enjoy the outdoors and participate in sports
• Vegetarian (occasionally eat fish), but have absolutely no issue with others' diet preferences, cooking with dishes that cook meat, seeing/handling meat, etc.
