Located in Ravenswood, roughly 25 minutes into the city and 7 minutes into Rangiora. It's a ten minute walk to the supermarket/cafes/pharmacy/bottle store etc. The house is a new build with double glazed windows and friendly neighbours. There is a deck and outdoor seating area that gets lots of sun. You'll be living with Hamish and Emily, a couple in their mid-twenties who enjoy socialising with neighbours and a couple of beers on the weekend but not party-goers. We are usually up early in the morning and in bed early and like a clean and tidy space.

Standard room that comes with a built-in wardrobe and double bed with room for a desk. You'll be down the other end of the house and have your own ensuite toilet and bathroom with shower and bath. There is plenty of street parking too. It's a friendly neighbourhood with mostly young couples/families and elderly people.

We're not too fussy, just after someone who is friendly and clean and looks after the place.
