Located in Sumner, we are 7 streets back from the beach in the valley, close to a bus stop and an easy walk to the beach, cafes and village shopping. Parking is available on the street. The shared house area is in the lounge/kitchen, with gas hobs, oven and microwave. The washing machine is under the kitchen bench in here. Smart TV /Wi-Fi. We have a private bedroom & small lounge with our own en-suite upstairs. We live with our long-haired Persian Cat called Blue.

Enter the courtyard through the big gate, and the sunny bedroom is at the front of the house. French doors off the room lead to a decked area with a table and an outdoor sofa. The room is fully furnished with a comfortable queen bed and linens. Large and small chests of drawers for storage, along with a spacious wardrobe featuring handy shelves and ample hanging space for clothing. The room is equipped with a small desk and chair, and a heater to keep it warm over the winter months. Across the hallway is a private bathroom with a shower over the bath. Again, plenty of storage in the bathroom cabinet.
