Access is single level. Home has a very private and backyard close to bush.

Common spaces include, lounge, kitchen, dining and laundry. There is a large conservatory space (9 x 3.3m approx) and fridge / freezers that can be made available.

There are two separate bathrooms and two separate toilets.

Board includes power, wifi, rubbish. Netflix is available.

Room 2 - $210 p/week* (5m x 2.3m approx): Large room suit a double bed or king two singles, it has a double wardrobe and plenty of room for other furniture. It is tidy, freshly painted with new carpet and comes with a radiant heater. (* Extra $70 p/week if two people).
