The house is semi-detached and was built in 2017, so everything is in good condition with great insulation. We are less than 5 mins walk away from Newlands shops, includes NW supermarket and bus stops with regular buses.

You'll be living with 3x professionals, 2 women and 1 man, all in our late 20's/early 30's. We are all pretty independent and chill. Happy to have a chat when we see each other or watch a movie together, but we are often doing our own thing.

The rent is $178.75 p/w with a bond of $450 (sorry, these weren't options on the website). We split the monthly cost of electricity and gas, and a small amount of the rent goes into a flat account which covers internet and flat necessities (toilet paper, laundry detergent, milk etc.)

The room comes unfurnished but can fit a queen bed as well as a desk. There is a shelved closet, and we have plenty of storage in the house. The room is on the ground floor with a heat pump right outside for you to take advantage of. The room also gets morning sun.

You'll be sharing a bathroom (shower and bath) with 2 other flat mates with an additional toilet next to your room will be mostly used by you.

We would like someone who is chill, independent, and tidy. None of us are big partiers or drinkers. Unfortunately, due to the lease, we can't have a couple or pets.
