This flat is a 15 minute walk to the UC campus located in a sunny and quiet area of Ilam, away from loud properties. Located directly near two bus stops, about 10 minute drive to Westfield mall. Cafe right next door!
About the room
Big room with more than enough space for a queen sized bed and wardrobes. Does not have in room wardrobe but has a hallway next to room for extra storage space. North facing so you get a lot of sunshine!
Preferred flatmate
Perfect flat for student or young adult, but looking for someone who is relatively quiet. We are both pretty introverted, but are definitely keen for flat movie nights or board game nights! This is a non-smoking, non-party flat :))
