Located close to Knights Stream Park for your cruisy activities and close access to Southern Motorway. 7 minutes drive to Halswell New World or Hornby Hub. Roughly 16 minutes to CBD. 14 minutes to both University of Canterbury & Lincoln.

This brand new house is modern and fully furnished, including shared lounge/TV, kitchenware, cutlery, washing machine etc. Two planter boxes (Sadly no strawberries to share as weather is too cold) plus container boxes with various vegetables.

Large windows that let in plenty of natural light plus built-in wardrobe with shelving units for ample storage rooms.

The place also offers a bathtub, tiled shower and a separate toilet for added convenience which will be shared between 2 rooms. We have our own ensuite so the mainbath and toilet are just for the flatmates.

Room: King Single bed+covers, Workspace Writing Desk, Office Chair, bedside table, fan heater, build-in wardrobe.
