We approximately 200 meters from the sand dunes. Money for bills is paid to 1 person who does internet banking. We are a reasonably quiet flat who like chilling and watching a movie or a few drinks and BBQ. We have 2 cats.

4 weeks bond
$40 pw for power, internet, cleaning products and flat consumables (milk, tea, coffee, sugar).
Every now and then we have a shared flat meal.
No pets, No smoking, No wheelchair access
