Hi there, we have a lovely, bright, sunny and clean room available at the moment in a solid 70’s style house in a quiet, attractive, tree lined Christchurch street.
A few minutes walk gets buses into the city, and its a short drive to the airport, Hornby and Avonhead shops too.
The room is furnished with a double bed and linen. $135 p/w (built in wardrobe, storage) along with $30 p/w for amenities (include power, home basics, linen, fibre internet).

I'm a vineyard/winery manager so a social wine with a BBQ from time to time is to be expected. Along with that I enjoy an outdoor lifestyle of fishing and hiking. The two other flatmates are travelers from the UK and are working in freight logistics.
This flat would suit professionals or a full time student, a kiwi or maybe you are from Europe, America or even Australia over here on a working holiday! - if you are wanting a sociable and easy-going place to live this could well be for you !
