The house is decent sized and modern interior with a big yard and plenty of parking.

We are close to Ranui Train Station, Westcity Mall, Lincoln Road and much more.

Our ideal flatmate would be mature, social, clean, tidy and respectful.

Rent per week is 180 plus 30 for expenses (Power, Water, Internet etc.)
Couples would be at a different rate.
