The bedroom has its own bathroom and a private garden, the kitchen and living room are shared.
There's around 15 free parking spots across the street and some more around (free overnight).

Rent for a single is $330 and $370 for a couple.
The rent includes water, power, fast internet and netflix.
The bond is $350 per person - refundable at the end of tenancy if given 2 weeks notice and no damages to the bedroom.

Room available from the 1st of January 2019, preferably medium to long term.
