Standard double room with huge double wardrobe to let in a 3 BR/ 2 bath house in the very quiet eastern side of Otahuhu.
We are an Indian family of 3 looking for a flatmate for the third room in our house. The room is very clean and the house is well furnished with other amenities - wifi, fridge, oven, washing machine , local phone line etc. We prefer to have someone who can be a vegetarian at home.
Plenty of safe street parking available as it is cul de sac street. Utility cost will be $20 pw with two weeks' rent in advance.
