(The Coach House is a clean modern style suburban townhouse in a quiet residential area which is very close to Auckland City and is situated next to the owners house 'The Villa' on the same property)
Single Room: $260 per week. Double Room: $300 per week. Couple rate in the Double room is $360 per week. Move-in Requirements: 2 Weeks in Advance (Bond).. Plus one week ahead on a weekly basis. 3 Weeks total.
