No couples or pets as per lease.

Ideal flatmate:
Late 20s - mid 30's, must be working/studying. Must be chill, kind, independent, clean and tidy (within reason) and generally easy to live with. Creative preferred, but the most important thing is that you're nice :)
By all means have friends around for drinks, but this isn't a party flat :)

We have a lovely balcony which unfortunately is deadlocked until remedial work is completed on all of the balconies. Unsure when it is open; I think there is a bodycorp issue :/

Misc perks including (but not limited to) Dracula head (plastic). Creature from the black lagoon head (ceramic). Sad clown playing cello (painting). Risk and other board board games, turntable with big record collection, (including Madonna's Like a Virgin), attractive neighbours, and $4 Tsingtao large size beer at the liquor store on the corner. Also on the corner is Peaches and Cream sex shop, for all of your sinning needs, and a Presbyterian church with a big red neon cross directly opposite the apartment, to repent in the morning.
