I need someone who wants to stay the whole year since my visa is expiring in 2026 and I will leave the place.After this, you can either have the whole place for yourself or we can find someone new to fill the 2nd room. Im flexible when to leave the house so we can just talk it through and decide a date together :) its a double room flat, with plenty of light a beautiful balcony. Its a quiet neighbourhood but yet close to the city just 10 min walk to Cuba street. Im happy to book a viewing if you're interested. There is one off street parking that Im currently using but once I leave , it can be all yours. Anyways there is plenty of on street parking with coupon. The room has a beautiful view! Theres a nice window that receives all the morning sun (no worries there's blackout curtains too) The room is unfurnished, but I can help you find some stuff if you need :) Theres enough space for a queen bed, clothes racks, side table. The bathroom is just outside the bedroom (bathroom only shared with me).

Someone respectful and who can keep common areas nice and clean. Preferably a woman.
