Queen sized room with big wardrobe. Enough space for a desk or drawers. Room is unfurnished but can be furnished for a short term tenant if that's necessary. Lots of natural light and warm on the north west side of the house. Rent includes wifi but electricity will be additional, expect this to be around $30 a week so can work this into weekly cost if needed.

Ideally looking for someone around the same age range, 20-30s. Working full time. Clean and tidy. Easygoing, and happy to socialize or keep to themselves more is fine. Must be comfortable around dogs.
