About the flat
This house is a beautiful character home on a lovely street in Addington. It has a double lounge / office and a brand new kitchen. The bathroom and laundry are also brand new.
About the room
All three rooms are very light, clean and spacious. They still have the original detailing and have recently been repainted. They all have heat pumps also.
Preferred flatmate
I am looking for a clean, respectful flatmate. I also want someone I can get to know and happily share my home with :)
