•furnished room

•within walking distance from train station, or, if it’s far from trains then bus stop( don’t have car)

•within 300 bucks at max all included

•ideally 2 other flatmates to share the common areas and 1 person to share the bathroom

•Newmarket would be best as it’s super convenient but Parnell Remuera Ponsonby Eden Terrace Greenlane Ellerslie also work
