Hi, I have been overseas for 2 years now, and will be returning to Auckland early January. I am a single male, mature, clean and responsible. I pay rent in time using a standing order; therefore, no delays, same day of the week, every week.... I am a quiet person, often busy with my work. I enjoy cooking, travelling and enjoy good company. I don't smoke or do drugs, I enjoy an occasional beer or a wine.
About me
It would be great if I will be sharing the flat/house with one or two other people, but more flatties wouldn't be a problem, as long as we all behave as adults and be mindful and respectful of the others. A car park or easy street parking would be great. Close to a train station would be a bonus as I prefer to take a train, when possible.Preferred location
