Clean quiet professional. Non-smoker, one child. Working at The University of Auckland full time, and also completing study. I can cook, and I can clean, but I would prefer to cook for myself and my child while living with you. I would also prefer I did my own washing etc... as independent. Im currently managing my own film company and need some where to live which is quiet and close to my children who live with their father. I am music enthusiast , and like to do research. I have all my own stuff, however most of this will be in storage until I find my own home. I am hoping to spend time sorting this while living in a flat mate situation. I always pay my bills on time, and am pretty much out of the house from 8am - 5.30 pm.
