Why pick me? Where to begin: i have been a landlord so am super responsible. It has been 10yr since I was last renting, in that time I have had several mortgages and several houses (mine + rentals).
Recently moved back to Akld after 10yr in the Manawatu. I am quite a social person while at work however once home I can be a bit of a home body and like to relax. My job is busy and I am on my feet all day so some quiet time is always welcome.
And I am training for my first Marathon so am fit and active and very focussed on that goal so again, not a huge stay out late person.
From my photos you will see that I come with baggage....in the form of 1 cat & 1 dog. My Girls. Both are adored by me and we live well together. The cat gets bored if the dog is not around! And the dog, while she is a big girl (30kg) she is super placid and just loves to be around people, no hole digging of barking from this girl. As for the cat - well you can probably tell from the size of her that she is no trouble! So long as she is fed/watered and has the dog for protection she is going nowhere!
We are looking for somewhere warm and secure to live. Ideally we would live in a 1bdrm unit that is fenced. We are the best tenants you will find, and would like to break the stereotypical "Tenants With Pets" attitude. Please please consider us for your property!
I have a house lot of furniture in storage so can supply it all! And it is nice bits n peices, I take care of my surroundings. I like nice things and appreciate the effort it takes to get there....hence being a superb tenant to look after YOUR property!
