I am a full time student at the uni so need a place dats close by (grafton)!!!

Me:
Hard working female, generally mind my own things during the week, but like to chill at weekends either just lazying around or movies. Got awesome movie collection!! Love exercising and reading. Can cook. Not a neat freak but like things clean and tidy. Always up for a chat n laugh. No smoking, no pets but would not mind living with a pet!

Looking for:
Preferably a fully furnished studio apartment nr d uni's grafton campus bt don't mind staying with 1 or 2 other like minded flatmates. Don't own any furniture nw but can get smaller stuff if required.

Planning to move in sometime around late October bt don't wana let any cool places slip...

P.S. : I have lived alone before and so I know very well how much easier things are when you pay the rent on time and keep the place clean. So do expect both these from my side!! :)
