I am looking for accommodation on the north shore from September for when I come back from Sydney and return to my events employment in Devonport.

I am a sociable person with clean habits in the home and enjoy a quiet sanctuary for studies but still like to socialise with flatmates.

Drink a wine now and then, especially if the flatmate enjoys a wine too. Go out three to four nights a week and am self sufficient.

Am a karaoke singer, enjoy a dance with friends, social gatherings, play cards, scrabble and go to quiz nights.

Would like to find a place to share with one other person with rent including all the amenities ie broadband, power, phone.

Usually buy my own food and share the cost of cleaning/toilet paper etc.
