About the flat

Sunny double room available in a classic Grey Lynn bungalow with a good backyard and a deck.

$30 expenses per week covers electricity/gas/water/wireless/phone/general flat stuff.

The room has a place to hang clothes and shelves if you want them - otherwise unfurnished. The rest of the flat is pretty set up with the usual whiteware etc.

We're close to Malt, Gypsy Tea Rooms, West Lynn shops, Grey Lynn/Weste­rn Spring parks, 2 supermarkets. It's one stage to town on the bus, and near the St Luke's motorway on/off ramps.
One off-street­ park (1st in 1st served), with plenty of free on-street parking.

About the flatmates

2 guys, 1 girl, all working. Flat hobbies include music of various descriptions, running, whitewater kayaking and snowboarding, art.

What the flatmates do on a weeknight or weekend

We often hang out together in the evening, unless we're at orchestra/band practice/plays/out for drinks with mates/movies etc. We're not huge TV watchers.

Cooking and food arrangements

We buy food separately but cook together when the mood takes us.

Cleaning arrangements

We have a moderate level of cleanliness. No rosters, but we do a basic clean every week and a good clean when necessary.

We all have our individual lives but get on well and often end up at the same bar on Saturday night! Looking for a flatmate aged 25-35, active, social.
