Quaint 3 bedroom house in a quiet street, just off the main road in Newtown. Sooo close to amenites, seriously 2mins walk to Caltex, United Video, McDonalds, New World AND public transport - heart of Newtown really.

About the flatmates

to share a house with 2 professional chics, who love to have a party once in a while, but also love the quiet time lol...
We're hardly ever there all together - so we're all quite independent, but when we are together, we love to have a laugh!!
We love talking, laughing, listening to Music (sometimes loud lol) - basically we go with the flow, primo ok

What the flatmates do on a weeknight or weekend

during the week its chill out time cos we both work 9 -5 weekends are pretty much spent out of the house but with winter coming up who knows!

Cooking and food arrangements

If we're all home together, we'll all cook a meal together - it's up to you what you do

Cleaning arrangements

Basically, you make the mess, you clean it up - we're pretty tidy people really.

Additional comments

We're basically looking for a female that doesn't mind noise, drinking once in a while is tidy, preferably has a job, doesn't mind our mates and/or boyfriends coming around (obviously not all the time) and just really loves to have a good time - and will pay rent on time, every time!!!
