About the flatmates

We are 1 male 35 and 1 female 26 (not a couple)
We have just moved over from Aussie to pursue business here. I am an ex flight attendant working part time.
We are seeking someone mature & respectful to take the basement downstairs. It is a huge room where you can have your own private space. There is plenty of storage in the house for bits and bobs. Ideally it would be great if someone shared a common interest of mine for fishing, gardening and animals.

What the flatmates do on a weeknight or weekend

We have a lovely Maltese x Shih Tzu called Rocky who we take for regular walks down the beach. Rocky requires some work on his approach to other dogs however he is great with humans and will give you cuddles.

Cooking and food arrangements

Individual Responsibility. Use whatever pots/pans/cooking utensils you like.

Cleaning arrangements

We expect our new flatmate to clean up after themselves and just a simple rule - if you make a mess you should clean it up.

Additional comments

Includes Bills (Internet, Sky, Water, Elec, Garbage Bags) however should you use internet excessively or make phone calls using the home phone you will need to pay for these or contribute to your usage.
