Flat in LOWER HUTT, Three Bedroom House, $125-$150/week

About the flat

We live in a nice area in Lower Hutt, the house is only 20 yrs old and has 3 decks. We are very close to the Hutt City Central and 3 minute drive from motorway into Wellington City. We are very close to Welltech, schools, and Westfield Mall in the Hutt.

About the flatmates

I work P/t @ the Hutt hospital. I live with my 11 yr old daughter and share custody with my 5 yrold. We really enjoy living in this wonderful home which is peaceful, relaxing and close to everything. My daughter catches the bus to school and my work is only 3 mins away - it is great. We enjoy our sports and activities and socialising with friends etc.

What the flatmates do on a weeknight or weekend

We enjoy a quite drink in the evening with a few friends or go out for dinner. We often visit other peoples houses for bbqs or have friends over.

Cooking and food arrangements

At the moment it is me who does all of the cooking and shopping, when another person chooses to live with us can share with us how the would like to contribute - we are flexiable.

Cleaning arrangements

I like to keep the place reasonably clean. Saturdays I spend a couple of hours running around while the kids have their sport etc.

Additional comments

We have a very sunny, warm, modern home which is very comfortable. We don't have parties but do enjoy having friends over for drinks (or watch a game or 2). The kids play outside and enjoy the internet and the tv occasionally.
