About the flat

The house is in quite good condition, there is one big room available and one small room that has direct access to the deck at the back. Proxmity to the University is extremely close only 15 mins walk to Tamaki Campus and shopping is about the same. Sylvia Park is about 10 mins drive away.

Train into the City is about 10 minutes walk and is 2 stages.
Buses run every 20 minutes into the city, also I work in the city and maybe able to give people a ride into the city.

About the flatmates

I'm the only flatmate at the moment, I'm 25 and I work at the university so I'm practically a student. I enjoy spending time with friends and challenging myself to almost everything. I've taken up diving, rock climbing and kayaking in the past year and have been around the world so never a dull moment.

What the flatmates do on a weeknight or weekend

Have a few drinks at home and going out if the weather is good. Day Trips around the countryside.

Cooking and food arrangements

Usually individual but if the occasion presents itself we could cook together that's great.

Cleaning arrangements

Usually individual, maybe rostered if required.

Additional comments

Relaxed, Friendly and outgoing flat. Looking for someone that's sociable, tidy and pays the rent on time. Apart from that not much all is welcome.
