I am the co owner of the house and I live on the top level of the house but share cooking , shower and laundry facilities with tenants

What the flatmates do on a weeknight or weekend

Just quietly go about my business or gardening. My partner stays most weekends and does maintenance around the house.

Cooking and food arrangements

Shared kitchen facilites. Wide variety of food, and fresh vege from my garden. Food tenants own responsibility.

Cleaning arrangements

All responsible for our own mess. If wanted we could share the cost of a cleaner couple of hours a weeek.

Love to find a mature female to flat with but have enjoyed much younger flatmates in the past.
