We share cooking , shower and laundry facilities on middle level with tenant
Close to the beach, waterholes, river across the road and some great fishing spots nearby

Female 55 works fulltime.
Male here from Holland,hoping to settle in NZ, enjoys photography.

What the flatmates do on a weeknight or weekend

Just quietly go about our business. Sometimes work at home in my upstairs office

Cooking and food arrangements

Shared kitchen facilites. Wide variety of food, and fresh vege from the garden in summer. Food tenants own responsibility.

Cleaning arrangements

All responsible for our own mess. Share the vacumming etc Could all pay towards a cleaner if wanted say 2-3 hours a week.

Love to find mature people to flat with but have enjoyed much younger flatmates in the past.
