About the flat

Our house is rural yet only 5 mins drive from Albany and 20-25 mins to Auckland CBD OFF PEAK. Will suit someone who likes peace and quiet.We have a friendly cat and whoever moves in will be sharing with the owners who are late 40s. The room is a double and has its own shower room adjoining. There is also a gym. The house is almost 1 year old. You need a car as there is no public transport

About the flatmates

We are looking for someone over 30 who will get along with us.My partner is away during the week but returns at weekends due to work commitments but we are both easy to get on with.We are both into alternative health and Dave teaches Tai Chi (Qi Gong)

Cooking and food arrangements

You would be expected to sort your own food out but we will occasionaly cook a large meal but mostly you will do your own cooking.

Cleaning arrangements

Our house is very clean and any help to keep it clean will be appreciated

Additional comments

There are lots of wildlife around and a riding stable opposite. It is a very relaxing area to live ideal to unwind from a busy day. This room is not available until 14th March
