rent includes phone and power. upstairs flat in 1910 townhouse, new roof and insulated. just up from the casino so handy for everything- on the uni bus route, or 20 mins walk. full furnished and great courtyard with bbq and seating, maintained by landlord.

depends whats on! im not a super raver but not a nana either

im glutenfree so cooking and shopping done separately, but i love to cook and happy to share ingredients. loo paper etc just buy in turns

Cleaning arrangements

on an as needed basis which i guess is once a week. im not a cleanfreak, id rather be doing other things but no slobs please!

Additional comments

i'd like someone easygoing and responsible, someone who's creative or into food or fashion would be a plus, but friendly is really the main thing.
