A large house which is suitable for students or professionals in Oban Street, Wadestown. We would prefer someone who is quiet, independent and responsible. It will suit law school students or Rutherford campus students as it is around 20 minutes walk to the Law School.

General areas of house are furnished. Lounge has TV with Freeview (digital TV). Two bathrooms, each have a toilet and a washing machine/drier in them.

Rooms range from $110-$135. Rooms are furnished (unless not required). Broadband internet is available in your room. Each room is individually contracted for a 1 year fixed term. You pay the rent for your room only and your share of the expenses (which we calculate your portion for you).
