Near new 4 bedroom house in close proximity to Auckland airport. 50 metres to bus stop. 20 metres to bottle shop,bakery,dairy, Indian and Japanese take away shops

About the flatmates:
Looking for mature,responsible flatmates. I have had several short term (2 weeks) university students and travellers stay with me. I am happy for you to pay on a per night basis for accomodation. $60 per night single or $100 per couple. Luxury and secure compared to backpackers! Happy to store luggage if you are travelling around NZ. 30 minutes to auckland city by bus. Outgoing and fun, possibly sporty as I have been a professional athlete.

What the flatmates do on a weeknight or weekend:
Socialise, bbq's, dvd's, few drinks, play sport

Cooking and food arrangements:
No set arrangement in place

Cleaning arrangements:
Definately require a flatmate who enjoys being in a clean environment. Cleaning done by myself and flatmate weekly.

Additional comments:
House is 4 bedroom with 3 bathrooms and I have 1 double bedroom available. Quiet location and situated 50 metres from dairy,bottle shop, bakery. If you require accomodation during Rugby World Cup the charge will be $1,000 per week per person
