Relaxed living enviroment in warm and cosy lockwood home. We are a laid back(not in your face) friendly couple .Large Sunny Deck to relax on and enjoy barbecues in summer. Close to Llyod Elsmore Park,Gym + Pool, Highland park shopping centre,bus stops,reserves etc.

About the flatmates

Easy going relaxed couple,2 cats and a dog.

What the flatmates do on a weeknight or weekend

go out for walks with dog,watch TV,read,relax,gardening etc.

Cooking and food arrangements

Buy your own food and drink.Some occasional toilet paper and help with cleaning products(nothing major)

Cleaning arrangements

Looking too work from a 3 week rotating cleaning roster.Very easy
and effectiveTeam work is what we like.

Anyone welcome, May suit person moving up to Auckland, Overseas person doing Internship or work experience or student/shift worker or business commuters.

All we ask is: Rent paid on time.Basic house cleaning done once every three weeks on a shared roster and that the house is left secure.
